I'm too lazy to write something... let's see, I did this in PaintTool SAI, took me about 2 hours because of coloring. Sketching and the lineart went pretty fast, actually.
The drawing depicts Bertram (Stewie's sperm brother) showing off his "new car" even though he's referring to his "new girlfriend", Olivia, who used to be Stewie's "pretend-wife" in some kiddie game.
